Project Overview

Gambit is a young deep-tech startup building software for drone navigation and control. Their platform allows a single operator to manage multiple drones at once (both in automated and manual modes) and coordinate them as one system in dynamic environments.

When we first met Gambit, they already had a very strong internal engineering team. They were focused on autonomy, navigation, firmware, and AI coordination. What they needed from us was help turning all this complexity into a clear, operator-friendly interface that people can use with confidence.

At that time, the product was still under the radar. There were no public announcements. The team moved carefully, focusing on safety, reliability, and long-term scalability.

Why This
Matters to
You

If you build a complex system - robotics, IoT, defense tech, mapping, real-time control, AI coordination - you don’t just need strong engineering. You need an interface that operators can trust under pressure. We help teams turn “powerful but complex” into “clear and usable,” and we can integrate into a strong internal engineering team without slowing them down.
