Mr Oleg Lavrentyev said that their 100% customer satisfaction rate is attributed to effective communication with clients. The process is modified as per each client’s unique needs. They engage clients in product decisions but handle technical aspects themselves. This ensures that customer dissatisfaction rate is extremely low, as any potential issue is addressed early on and there is no friction in the process.
Support System
The company has two primary approaches for support which are ongoing maintenance and new implementation requests. In the first approach, there is an agreement for a fixed number of development hours per month. Orealis allocates the necessary resources and also provides a guaranteed reaction time.In new implementation requests, when customers seek additional features for their product, discussions are held. The new requirement, timeframe for delivery and the budget are all agreed upon before implementing the new features.

Payment Structure for Clients
Orealis has a flexible payment structure as “one size fits all” is not applicable in the IT industry. They offer options such as monthly payments, pay per milestone and pay per feature. Monthly payments are for dedicated projects and are based on the number of hours spent in the previous month.Pay per Milestone is suitable for Fixed Price projects in which 10-30 % of pre-payment is requested. The project is then converted to milestones and at the end of each milestone a pre-decided sum has to be paid.
The last option is used for semi-active projects, in which a feature request is made. After discussion with the client, an amount is agreed upon for the new feature to be added.
Minimum Criteria
Mr Oleg Lavrentyev very clearly said although there is a minimum budget requirement of $20000+, the company is flexible in this aspect. They assess the project requirement, and if they find it has future growth potential, they accept projects with lesser budgets. This approach ensures that the client gets the best value and expertise.
Vision for the Next 10 Years
The company’s vision is very clear, over the next decade, they want to see their clients evolve into multi-million and even billion-dollar companies. Orealis will play a pivotal role in the evolution of its clients by staying at the forefront of technology, User Experience and engineering processes. The dedication to innovation and excellence will continue to drive Olearis’ client growth along with their own success.
