Fillrr

At Olearis, we have had the privilege of working with many long-time clients who trust us to bring their visions to life. The Fillrr project was no exception, as we were the team that our client turned to from the very beginning.

Our client approached us with the challenge of simplifying the process of filling and signing PDF documents. They knew that our team had the expertise to create a solution that would exceed their expectations. We worked closely with our client to understand their needs and objectives, and we began the development process with a clear vision of the end product.

One of the challenges we encountered during the project was testing the algorithm that would recognize the fields that needed to be filled in the PDF documents. We knew that this was a critical component of the app, and we wanted to ensure that it was as accurate as possible. After extensive testing and development, we are pleased to report that the algorithm now has a 90% accuracy rate, making the process of filling out PDF documents more efficient and reliable than ever before.

Throughout the development process, we maintained open lines of communication with our client to keep them informed of our progress. We provided regular updates and sought their input and feedback to ensure that the app met their expectations. Our client was thrilled with the final product, and we were proud to have delivered a solution that exceeded their goals.

From April to June 2022, we focused on the UX/UI design for Fillrr, working closely with our client to understand their vision and create a user-friendly interface. Once we had the design locked down, we moved on to development and spent the next several months building out all the necessary features

In January 2023, we did some bug fixing to make sure everything was running smoothly, and by mid-February, we were ready to launch. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was perfect, from the user experience to the functionality of the app.

On February 15th, 2023, we finally released Fillrr to the world. The response has been incredible, and we are proud of what we have accomplished. Throughout the entire process, we made sure to keep our client in the loop and get their feedback along the way.
